1. Who we are
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the mobile game Truth or Mole, related websites, support channels, and associated services provided by Little Brush Games (“Little Brush Games”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Truth or Mole, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
3. App stores and platform terms
Truth or Mole may be distributed through platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your use of the game may also be subject to the terms, policies, payment rules, subscription rules, and refund rules of the relevant app store or platform.
4. Eligibility and age-appropriate content
You may use Truth or Mole only if you are legally able to do so under the laws that apply to you. If you are under the age required to consent in your country, you may use the game only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
Truth or Mole may include different question packs or content modes intended for different audiences. Some content may be intended for adults only. Users, parents, or guardians are responsible for selecting age-appropriate content and following the age rating shown in the relevant app store.
5. Licence to use the game
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use Truth or Mole for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the game, except where allowed by applicable law.
6. No accounts and no user-generated content
Truth or Mole does not require a Little Brush Games account. The game is not intended to provide public user profiles, public posting, or user-generated content sharing through Little Brush Games services.
7. Subscriptions, purchases, and refunds
Truth or Mole may offer subscriptions, in-app purchases, premium features, or other paid content. Subscriptions and purchases are handled natively through Apple App Store and Google Play. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation options, taxes, payment processing, and refunds are handled by the relevant app store or payment platform.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period according to the rules of the relevant platform. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Refund requests are subject to the rules of the platform through which the purchase was made. Unless required by applicable law or platform policy, paid content may be non-refundable once delivered.
8. Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the game or any feature at any time. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available.
9. Intellectual property
Truth or Mole, Little Brush Games, and all related names, logos, artwork, characters, game design, software, audio, text, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
10. Third-party services
The game may rely on third-party services such as Apple App Store, Google Play, Firebase Analytics, GitHub Pages, Cloudflare, platform subscription management, hosting, or device operating-system services. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the game for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the game;
- attempt to access systems, data, or services without permission;
- copy, resell, or commercially exploit the game without our written permission;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
12. Disclaimers
Truth or Mole is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Little Brush Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory consumer rights.
14. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, Germany, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rules, nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence remain unaffected.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where reasonably possible.
